    做好我自己

        做人力资源的同仁们有没有一个感觉,人力资源在公司里扮演的是一个很尴尬的角色,在工作当中,我们是后勤部门不会立即或者立竿见影产生很多利益的部门,我们只是招招聘,培培训,质质检,做做工资,绩效而已,换句话说在其他部门来看,我们只是一个消耗资源的部门,而且还老是迂腐的执行一些不会变通的规定,不能和员工打成一片,和他们有距离感,不然哪天还会担心自己会被人力资源部的质检呢,云云种种。
        既然选择了做人力资源,我必然会承受一些没做此行业的人的一些不理解,以及不支持,他们不知道在其背后我们尽心尽力做了多少工作,不知道在一个罚单开下来之前,我们口头警告声明了多少次,在一个人的工资偶尔有一次少算了加班工资时,我们加班核算了多少人的工资,在他们试用期没有通过时,我们的着急比他们还要多得多,因为我们是招他们进来的人,如果他们没有通过,其实完全是对我们之前招聘、培训、付出心血的一种否定。。。。
         做好我自己就行,我不怕这点小小的挫折,有时候太在意别人的肯定其实是虐待自己,我觉得我对人力资源工作的认识是积极地,我也愿意看到积极地一面,得罪人的事情难免会发生,只要坚持自己的原则。
