现在的职场环境对我来说应该是算好的了， 今天听sj说起她的工作 ， 阿。。 我应该心存感激，自己身边的同事他们至少不会那样对我。。而且还诚心教我怎么做人， 怎么改正自己粗心的毛病， 还有怎么跟上司打交道。。。 我要知足。。。 发现自己懒散的毛病严重的成为了自己工作上的绊脚石， 现在才忽然想起来， 鼠鼠她平常看不惯我的大大咧咧是很有道理的。。我要细心！！！！！！！！细心！！！！！！！！细心！！！！！！！！ 这个礼拜的确受了很多工作上的打击， 一开始觉得很没信心地做下去。。。。。 可是自暴自弃那是很孬种的做法。。 。。 我性格不是个很主动的人， 但是现在这个也会让我在上司面前显得做事不够积极，不主动完成任务， 总是交待了或问起了， 才会回答。。 处理文件还不够有规律， 分不清主次事情， 跟上司说话声音也很小， 显得没有信心和底气。。 。。 这些都是好心的姐姐们提醒我的， 这时我才如梦初醒：原来我给上司的印象是这个样子的阿！！！！  所以说幸亏有这么一群好心人提携我， 我很感激。。。

下个礼拜， 重新做人。。。 社会是课堂， 而课堂不是社会！！！ 人在职场，不得不反省〉〉〉〉〉。。。．．．

      Begin to my job career, before two months ago i just think HR is a very simple job, include the wage, salary, management, employment relationship and so on. I just learn them by reading the biz books. But when i start to work in HR department i realize that is a great position job. i can learn so much that i haven't know before , the job need who has a high qulity and good capability of communication...          Everyone in the office whose be value to me . i would like to learn every new things by their help and they also would like to teach me by their experiments, now i am a newbie and i will become a secrety of the HR manager  instead of vivian.... thank you so much to vivian, from bottom of my heart... my purpose is a great training teacher...... i will try my best to work hard......
